The Alabama Conference of Black Mayors Quarterly Meeting 

You are cordially invited to attend  the  Alabama Conference meetings and workshops.Our goal will include working together to facilitate and effective means for Healthcare professionals, educational institutions, elected officials, community organizations and grassroot leaders to reduce health disparaties and improve the quality of life for the citiizens of Alabama in a sustainable way. 

The goal of ACBM Healthy Communities are:

1. Measurable increase in the overall health, wellness and quality of life of individuals in undeserved Alabama Communities through education, treatment and support with regards to the following health disparities: a) Mental & Behavorial Health b) Food & Nutrition/Food= Medicine c) Local Health Policy and Health Leadership Training.

2. Measurable increase in the overall growth, efficiency and stability of small cities and towns serving at risk communities in Alabama through technical assistance, best practices training and community development .The purpose for these events are to  provide in-depth information to community stakeholders in Alabama concerning the project and to continue our ongoing dialogue with community allies and partners around local our reach and participation.
